The opening session focused on the topic of “Turkiye's Place in the World and Public Diplomacy Strategies”. The session was moderated by Prof. Dr. Şenol Durgun and featured the participation of Prof. Dr. Aykut Arıkan and Assoc. Dr. Asuman Kutlu."
